5.  Develop good habits. FAST


Maintaining good habits on a day-to-day basis affects our ability to accomplish bigger goals.Think about the actions you need to take to reach a goal, and turn these actions into daily rituals.


For example if your goal is to get fit, you need to drag yourself out of bed 10 days in a row to exercise. Once you have done this repeatedly for 10 days, what once seemed like a chore, will soon become a habit.
